Deer Processing Update-We only accept deer for processing that have been field dressed and skinned due to our busy processing schedule with local farms. Please call ahead to confirm we can accept deer. We will be more likely to be able to process your deer if its skinned and quartered and/or if its boneless trim and can turn away an animal we deem un-processable.

Now offering Local Delivery!- Delivery to Lichfield County only on Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am-4pm. Orders must be at least $100 and will have an $8 delivery fee. All orders must be paid ahead of time and can be ordered by calling the store or on our online store.
We carry farm raised venison and elk. We have packages of ground, stew, and loin steaks. Other cuts may be available please call or stop in with questions. We also carry bison, rabbit, wild boar depending on availability.
Poultry game includes; geese, pheasant, duck, partridge, quail, capon, and cornish hens.
Local Meat- Local Beef(half or whole) and Pork(whole) are available to order and as some cuts in our retail section. For more information on whole/half beef please refer to the beef share section below and/or give us a call. For whole pork please contact us. Please note that half or whole animals require lead time.
Roaster pigs- are available with approximately 2 weeks notice & a deposit.
For the Pets- We make our own raw chicken and beef pet food with the best ingredients! Pet Liver snaps and marrow bones available as well!
Retail Store- Our retail store is stocked with a variety of meats and cuts, game, deli items, and spices.
-We carry Lamb and Veal in a variety of cuts.
-Try our very own pork and chicken sausages made in house!

We are a locally owned business, whose primary purpose is to provide great service and meats to the residents of Litchfield County.
We are USDA inspected and can process, package and label your products for resale. We work closely with Bristol Beef for USDA slaughter. We also do custom/non USDA inspected processing and private labeling for your farm or business.
We have a retail store open to the public for any of your meat, poultry, or game needs open 6 days a week. For bulk orders we ask that you call ahead.
Please call ahead for all processing orders and ask for the processing manager.

Beef shares are portions of a beef carcass that Litchfield Locker locally sources from western NY and processes into popular retail cuts for consumers. The beef share options are 1/2 (1 side), and whole.
Customers can purchase any of the following beef shares for the appropriate pricing based on the specific hanging weight of each carcass.

Litchfield Locker offers Local Pigs available only as a whole for retail costumers. We work locally with a farm in Western NY that provide the pigs and process them into popular cuts for customers. Pricing is based on the hanging weight of the carcass.

Note: Local Pigs require a non-refundable $100 deposit.

Size varies from 20-200 pounds, Just give us a call or stop in to order the size you want.
Prices vary based on market and size. A $100 non refundable deposit is required to order.
